Cambridge Corn Exchange Terms of Entry

• Age Restrictions & ID: Entry is permitted subject to the age restriction which may vary from show to show. Proof of age or identify may be required. 

•  
• Tickets: Entry to the venue will be granted upon presentation of a valid ticket. Your ticket is valid only for the event and time specified on the ticket. Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may not be valid. Tickets cannot be exchanged nor refunded unless an event is called or postponed. Latecomers may not be admitted at discretion of the Promoter and/or Event Manager.  

• Bag Policy: Guests are permitted to bring one small bag per person, that is smaller than A4 size (21W x 30L cm x 20D). Large backpacks, travel cases, shopping bags and any bags exceeding the specified size will not be allowed into the venue and will not be stored for you due to security reasons. 

• Security Checks: Guests may be subject to security checks, including but not limited to bag inspections; pat downs and metal detection as a measure to ensure everyone's safety. You may be searched upon entry and/or at any other time during the event. You have the right to refuse to be searched. The venue has the right to refuse entry or eject individuals from the venue at any point. 

• Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited on the premises:
  • Weapons or hazardous objects of any kind 
  • llegal substances  
  • Outside food or beverages unless explicitly permitted 
  • Any item deemed potentially disruptive or dangerous by venue staff 

If illegal items are found upon your persons, you will be refused entry and police will be called. 

• Behavior Expectations: Patrons must conduct themselves respectfully towards others and venue staff. Multiple incidents of crowd surfing, or other activities within the crowd that could cause injury may result in ejection from the premises. We have a zero tolerance to abusive behavior. Any disruptive or offensive behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises, without refund, and the police may be contacted where appropriate.  

• Photography and Recording: By entering the venue you are giving consent to be filmed as part of an audience. The use of professional recording equipment is not permitted by any unauthorised personnel.

• Entry Refusal: Venue management reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual not complying with these terms or deemed unfit for entry without providing a reason or a refund.
